Before you can begin your lessons you must have a valid provisional driving license for Great Britain or Northern Ireland.
You must only drive a car that is roadworthy, is taxed and insured for your use.
You must have an accompanying driver with you at all times who has held a full UK driving license for at least 3 years
and is at least 21 years of age.
Your provisional license will normally only be valid once you have turned 17 years of age.
You must pass your theory and hazard perception test before you can apply for you practical test.
You must be able to read a car registration plate from at least 20.5 metres with or without glasses or contact lenses.
